No. Both tiers are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice at any time. No setup fee on Standard.

A dedicated session with a Conveyance advisor who walks you through your specific workflow, configures your autonomy settings, imports any active transactions, and ensures your Gmail and Chrome Extension are connected correctly. It's a one-time fee at signup.

Any transaction currently open in Conveyance — from pre-listing through post-close. Once a transaction closes and you archive it, it no longer counts against your limit. Standard allows up to 12 simultaneously open transactions.

No third-party subscriptions required to use Conveyance. The web app and Chrome Extension are the only things you need. Your email (Gmail) connects natively.

No. You have 90 days after cancellation to export all transaction records, documents, and data. Nothing is deleted within that window.

Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to Pro at any time. Downgrade requires 30 days' notice.
