One survey captures everything. The Queue surfaces what needs your attention each morning. Everything else — showings, e-signatures, deadlines, co-op communications — runs without you.
One form. All data captured.
At your listing appointment, or at the buyer consultation — before anything is signed or scheduled — you complete a single Conveyance survey. That survey captures the property address, all party information, key dates, and agent/client preferences.
That data maps forward automatically. It populates document templates, pre-fills contact fields for every party in the transaction, and seeds the transaction timeline. You never enter the same information twice.
Review and approve. Click Send.
Each morning, Conveyance surfaces a prioritized list of actions across all your active transactions — sorted by urgency. Status updates to sellers. Check-in messages to buyers. Deadline reminders to co-op agents. Every one of them is drafted in your voice, ready to send.
You review. You approve. You click Send — or you edit first. The action routes to the right person through the right channel. You never write the same message twice.
You set the autonomy level. Some agents approve every action. Others let certain categories send automatically. You control the dial.
No review required.
Not everything needs your eyes. The logistics layer of every transaction — confirmations, document routing, deadline tracking, integration reads — runs automatically in the background. Conveyance connects your tools and handles the data flow so you never have to.
Upload the executed purchase contract PDF. Conveyance reads it and automatically populates your transaction timeline with every key date — inspection period, appraisal deadline, loan approval, possession date, closing.
Connect your Gmail. Conveyance reads Aligned Showings confirmation emails automatically and populates your Showings tab — no manual entry. Confirmation messages to buyers go out automatically.
Documents in Conveyance's brokerage-specific library route to all parties for signature automatically. Everything is signed, returned, and stored — per Utah document retention requirements — without you managing the chain.
Every deadline from pre-listing through post-close is tracked. When a deadline approaches without a response, Conveyance escalates automatically — first to the co-op agent, then to you if unresolved. Nothing slips.
Full visibility. No calls required.
The Conveyance dashboard is your command center. Every active transaction displays in a pipeline view — Pre-Listing, Prep, On Market, Under Contract, Closed. Status updates happen in real time as actions complete.
At the top: a running counter of the total hours Conveyance has saved you, and the equivalent dollar amount. The longer you use it, the more compelling that number gets.
The Conveyance Chrome Extension works alongside the web app — it doesn't replace it.
When you're on an MLS listing page, the Chrome Extension pulls tax record data to pre-fill your listing fields — address, square footage, year built, lot size. When you're scheduling a showing, it routes through Aligned Showings without you leaving your tab.
The Chrome Extension is a co-pilot, not an autopilot. It prepares and routes actions. You execute.
This is intentional. All licensed real estate activity — advising, negotiating, deciding — stays with the licensed agent. The Extension handles the data layer.
Conveyance isn't all-or-nothing. Every automation type has a setting: Auto-send, Queue (needs your review), or Off. New users typically start with everything in Queue mode — you see every action, approve before it goes. As you get comfortable, you move categories to Auto-send. The system learns your rhythm.
Autonomy settings are available on both Standard and Pro tiers.
Conveyance automates the administrative and communication layer of real estate transactions — status updates, deadline tracking, document routing, showing confirmations, and milestone reminders. All licensed real estate activity, including advising clients on contract terms, negotiating on behalf of clients, and making material decisions on a transaction, stays with the licensed agent. Conveyance is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not engage in licensed real estate activities.
