Why We Exist

The best agents we've seen aren't the ones with the most tools.

They're the ones who are most present. For their clients. For their families. For the things that actually matter beyond a closing.

But high production comes with a tax. The more deals you do, the more administrative weight accumulates behind them — follow-ups that need to go out, transactions that need tracking, leads that need routing, appointments that need confirming. That weight is real, and it compounds.

AI can carry most of it. The problem is that building the systems to actually do that — choosing the right tools, connecting them, maintaining them as they break and change — takes more time than most agents have. Every Conveyance system is built inside the client's own accounts. Your Notion database. Your n8n workflows. Your integrations. We are the architects — not the landlord.

If you ever cancel, everything stays with you. The systems don't disappear. The data doesn't get held hostage. We built them in your accounts on purpose, because your business shouldn't depend on our continued involvement to function.

This also means the build process is genuinely custom every time. We draw from a library of proven modules refined across every client — so your system benefits from what we've learned — but the architecture maps to how you actually work, not to a template.

The $500/month subscription covers every fix, every update, and every iteration your system needs. We also proactively review active systems every month — flagging what's not being used, surfacing what could be better, and bringing new tools or methods to you when they're worth considering.

We think of this as a permanent partnership, not a one-time project. The system should keep getting better as your business does.
